Founder & Executive Director
Yewande O’Neal is passionate about Jesus, family and people. She spent 12 years working with the General Electric Company. She earned numerous awards and certifications, including achieving Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. During her time at GE she became an an Executive General Manager and led an organization of over 300 employees. She is a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Teacher and Coach. She has a passion for helping people achieve all they were created to be. Yewande holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
Keji Adetola is the Events Manager for Women of Kairos. She brings her natural talent of order mixed with her passion of creativity to deliver impactful events. Keji enjoys the arts, science, and expressing her inner child as much as possible but gets down to business in a snap. She realized at an early age that she was given gifts not necessarily for herself but to serve others-especially women and children. She’s currently a business operations specialist at a health & benefits consulting firm. Keji obtained her bachelor’s degree in Biological Science with a focus in medicine from Georgia State University.
PEARLS Program Leader
Gina Maria is a 25-year-old lover of Jesus, pasta, and people. Originally a Northeast Native, now an Atlanta transplant for about a year, Gina is equal parts writer, singer, and worshiper. She works during the week as a content marketing strategist for a family-owned florist group. On the weekends, you can catch her gigging at weddings, parties, or hot spots around town. Gina is also on the songwriting and worship team at Renovation, her home church in Atlanta; and she recently released her first self-titled EP, along with a collection of personal letters. But most importantly: she is passionate about seeing God’s spirit set His daughters free from the shackles of shame and fear!

Deborah Omoyege is an ordinary girl that fell in love with Jesus. Years ago she embarked upon a journey through various experiences to would lead her to destiny. Her passion in life is helping the underprivileged. Medicine and Missions is what she has been called to.
DANCE WAR ROOM
Christina lives in Atlanta where she works as a pharmacist and leads a dance ministry called Dance War Room/ Training Room. The members of this ministry worship through dance together and learn from one another. Those in the ministry are anointed to lead others into worship. Christina believes that, through dance worship, chains are broken and strongholds are brought down.
